what is sleep?

Sleep has been an elusive creature for me the last week or so. Just haven't been able to rest much. I don't know exactly what the problem is. I've taken Ambien for about 3 years now due to severe insomnia and I wanted to try and wean myself off of it. So, I slept good for a couple of nights, but last night I didn't. I think I just have too much on my brain!! Really, none of us have too much on our mind do we? It may be that I am trying to get reorganized and doing the coupon thing again. I have cleaned out my coupon binder and am restocking since it is the first of the month and www.coupons.com has some good coupons now. I have my list prepared and am ready to do some shopping as soon as I leave work.

Supper tonight - meatloaf - recipe from www.kraftfoods.com that uses barbecue sauce and chicken stove top stuffing - yummmmmo!! very flavorful and moist - mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, and fried green tomatoes!! menu was requested by my favorite bf!!! hope he enjoys it tonight.

Cleaning - I will also be cleaning the house tonight while I prepare that great supper!! Gus so needs a bath, but doesn't look like it will happen tonight! oh well!

Well, onward to get things accomplished so maybe my head will quit running marathons at night while I am trying to go to sleep! wish me luck!!!!!!
